Shipping Policy
UK Delivery
After payment has been taken in full, UK deliveries will be made via the most appropriate service provider for the parcel, we use Royal Mail, Evri and UPS. We try to deliver within 3-5 working day. Custom print orders may take 5-7 days.
The shipping charges are a calculated based on weight.

Please note customs and duty cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Rebel UK does not cover the duty charges.
Prices are checked regularly, if the price has changed or that there has been a pricing error when your order is placed you will be contacted and can choose to proceed at the correct price.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries
We have tracking info for all our orders, if you can not find your tracking number please contact us for assistance with this.
If your parcel is missing we have a strict protocol with we have to follow. We will on your behalf report to the courier of any missing deliveries. Only when the courier declare the parcel missing will we refund or replace the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Rebel UK, if you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact us via email.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, in alignment with ‘distance selling’ for products over £40 you must inform us within 14 days of receipt and return in saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition with 28 days for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
Please note sale and reduced items will be issued a credit note if returned, any requested exchanges will be subject to postage charges to be covered by the buyer.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from Rebeluk.com, if you have purchased from a third party then they must arrange your return or exchange.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns must be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
When returning items, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. Obtain proof of postage from the post office or chosen courier.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
Exchange – Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, or to the same cost equivalent. You the buyer will need to pay the postage.
Faulty -We try to ensure a high standard of product and print and stands behind the quality of the products we produces. Occasionally manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive, not for purpose or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
Junk and Velites - The item must be in perfect condition and must be returned with all its accessories. Additionally, the packaging must be original and not damaged.
We provide 30 days warranty for these products, please contact with manufacturer after this period if you have an issue with product.
ALL CUSTOMISED PRODUCT ARE NOT RETUNABLE-this does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent with proof of postage. Rebel UK are not responsible for and are not liable for any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
Statutory rights
If goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the website, please contact us as soon as possible via email as given above to arrange a return and replacement or refund of goods.
We are unable to accept returns for customised goods.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
