CrossFit JST member of 8 years, Andy Byron has qualified for the CrossFt Games 2024 in the 55-59 category!! He has sucessfully competed in the masters categories both in the UK and Europe, is now competing with the worlds best.
Andy served in 7 Para RHA during his 23 year career in the military, his design is the emblem of the Bristish Airborne Forces.
